Abstract

Mojokerto Regency is one of the areas that has many natural and artificial tourist attractions. Market analysis is needed to improve the promotion and development of tourism objects in Mojokerto Regency (Coban canggu, Ubalan Waterpark and Hot Spring Tourism) to find out the factors that affect tourist visits by implementing marketing mix product, price, place, promotion, people, process. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach that describes market analysis. Data collection is carried out by collecting opinions from key informants consisting of one stakeholder related to tourist attractions. For tourists, interviews were also conducted with 5 (five) informants regarding the satisfaction of the services of tourist attractions visited. The results of research on factors that influence tourist interest to visit based on marketing mix, Product by making tourist attractions attractive, Price is setting ticket prices, parking, culinary and souvenirs are affordable, Place is the location of tourist attractions that will strategically attract tourists to visit, Promotion is promotion carried out through advertising, direct sales, publicity, personal sales and direct marketing, People is the role of employees in serving tourists and Process is good marketing can be achieved through the process of managing good tourist attractions as well.
