This study aims to analyze the relationship between parental social support and self-determination on career decision making in high school students. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were 357 students who were taken through cluster random sampling with a total sample of 177 students. The research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The measurement tools used in this study were the Career Decision Making Scale (18 items, α = 0.826), the Parental Support Scale (25 items, α = 0.919), and the Self Determination Scale (17 items, α = 0.866). It can be concluded that parental support and self-determination also make an effective contribution of 42.1% to career decision making, the higher the X variable, the higher the Y variable.
