This study was conducted due to common problems such as slow delivery of service staff, uncertain turnaround time, unknown system of mechanisms and procedures, and people's attitudes workers. who are deemed unsatisfactory in the provision of services. The aim of this study is to determine the quality of population administrative services and to find out the hindering factors and supporting factors in the provision of public services in Popoh village, Wonoayu district, province. Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation with one key informant, consisting of the head of the service, and two informants, namely two users. service. The data analysis techniques in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. It can be concluded that the service quality at Popoh Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency gives quite good results.
