Analysis of the Professional Competence of Class V Teachers at SDN Gelam 1 Candi Sidoarjo

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of grade 5 teachersat SDN GELAM 1 Candi.  This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenon research method, using 3 subjects. Namely teacher, principals and students. The techniques used for data analysis include observation interviews and dokumentation in the form of photographs, as well as checking the validity  of the data using source triangulation the results of this study are that te fifth grade teacher at SDN GELAM  1 Candi. Meet the indicators refered. To as a professional teacher the fifth grade. Teacher has achievedbsome of the desired indicators. The conclusion from the research result shows that calls fifth teacher are said to have professional competence which is able to master material, structure support learning. Mastering core competencies and basing competencies develop professional in a sustainable manner by taking reflecyive, action, ukilizinh information and comunication technologi to develop creativity.
