Abstract

The imposition of collateral for land rights or called Mortgage is carried out by registration at the Land Office in accordance with Law Number 4 of 1996. However, this has been replaced by the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Regulation of the National Land Agency Number. five 5 of 2020 which switches the process of registering mortgage rights to electronic. Registration which was originally carried out by the PPAT is now switching to involving creditors. With the normative method of legislation, this study aims to find out whether the integrated system is sufficient to be applied simultaneously for electronic mortgage services. What if an error occurs when inputting the electronic mortgage document. The results of this study indicate that registration for HT-el is more efficient in terms of time but it still needs to be supervised regarding the reading of electronic documents if the server is interrupted
