This study aims to describe: 1) Relationship between student learning independence and science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol. 2) Relationship between students' perceptions of the learning environment towards science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol. 3) Relationship between student learning independence and students' perceptions of the learning environment towards science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol. The sample was taken using a stratified random sampling technique, with a total of 293 samples. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship: 1) Student learning independence towards science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol there is a positive, significant relationship. 2) Students' perceptions of the learning environment towards science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol have a positive, significant relationship. 3) Student learning independence and student perceptions of the learning environment on science learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Gempol show that there is a positive, significant relationship.
