Management strategy using SI/TI in operational management and logistics at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital with SIMRS Khanza application is an active management and logistics support program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital, aiming to improve service quality. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. According to Porter's Value Chain Model, data collection and analysis using value chain analysis. The results showed the need to improve operational management and logistics by emphasizing SI/TI strategic planning that develops hospital websites and medical records to support existing services. This analysis explains that Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital conducts two activities, namely main activities (Inbound logistics, Operations, Outbound Logistics, Marketing and Sales, and Service), and supporting activities (Firm Infrastructure, HR Management, Technology Development, and Procurement). Furthermore, as an effort to improve services, Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital conducts main training and supporting activities training.
