Hubungan Antara Self Efficacy Dengan Prestasi Akademik di Masa Pandemi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study was to obtain results to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement during the pandemic for students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Self-efficacy is a form of self-assessment or belief in being able to manage and display behaviors that will affect task selection, energy, and persistence. Academic achievement is a form of mastering knowledge and skills that need to be developed by passing subjects and the results are issued through test scores. The analysis of this research through the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique by Karl Pearson using SPSS 20 for windows. The result is that the correlation coefficient r_xy is 0.431, the significance value is 0.000, which means that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement during the pandemic for students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.
