PT. Corin Mulia Gemilang is company engaged in agricultural machinery. During the production process, 8% -10% product defects were repeatedly experienced from total production 3 months 1,800 units. This research was conducted in effort to improve product quality by applying the Six Sigma, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and Multi Attribute Failure Mode Analysis. The results of this study are that the DPMO calculation from February to April 2023 is 16,555.55 units with sigma value 3.2. The highest Risk Priority Number value is dented body with value 336 and highest cost of quality is dented body with value 0.303. It can be concluded the sigma value can be increased by reducing defects in the dented body part because it has the highest value and priority so that the recommendation submitted to the company is to make an engine checklist form which includes checking engine components, oil, hours of operation, and maintenance.
