This study aims to describe relationship between students' perceptions of Newton's Law practicum towards science cognitive learning outcomes, describe relationship between learning motivation and science cognitive learning outcomes, and describe relationship between students' perceptions about Newton's Law practicum and learning motivation towards science cognitive learning outcomes. This study using quantitative type with correlational design. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, as well as documentation. Instrument used is questionnaire on student perceptions about Newton's Law practicum and learning motivation. Data analysis used correlation test with SPSS 26 application. Results of the research that has been done found that there is a relationship between students' perceptions of Newton's Law practicum and cognitive learning outcomes, there is a relationship between learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes, and there is a relationship between students' perceptions of Law practicum Newton and learning motivation on cognitive learning outcomes, all three have a relationship but very low
