This research is entitled "Outing Class as A Teacher Strategy in Improving The Creativity of Elementary School Students". This research aims to find out the strategies carried out by teachers in increasing student creativity, especially in learning through outing class activities on painting material with splash techniques. The results of this study show that teachers always have ways to improve the creativity of their students, one of which is through learning that is carried out outside the classroom with the aim that grade 2 students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan are able to learn and find the latest ideas from observing the situation around the school environment. The conclusion is that learning strategies through outing class activities can be carried out by teachers in increasing the creativity of elementary school students.
