The purpose of this research is to improve purchasing decisions with online customer reviews, online customer ratings and viral marketing for millennial customers on the Shopee marketplace. This type of research uses quantitative methods with primary data as a data source. This research was conducted by all millennial customers on the Shopee Marketplace in Sidoarjo district. The population in this study are all millennial customers on the Shopee Marketplace where the type of product used as the object of research is fashion products. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study is 150 respondents. The research results show that online customer reviews have an impact on purchasing decisions for millennial customers on the Shopee marketplace.
