The Effect of Atonic Growth Regulatory Substances on the Growth and Yield of Mustard Greens (Brasica rapa L.) Using Black Soil

Abstract

This study aims to determine the appropriate concentration of ZPT and black soil dosage on the growth and production of mustard greens. This research was conducted from March to May 2023, using a factorial RAK. The first treatment (atonic concentration) with 4 dose levels, without ZPT, 3ml/L, 5ml/L, 7ml/l, and the dose of black soil of 3 levels, without black soil, 5tons/day, 10tons/day. Repeated 3 times. The observed variables is plant height, number of leaves, root length, fresh weight, dry weight, and harvest index. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey. The results is the treatment of ZPT concentration and black soil dosage alone had no significant effect on root length, fresh weight, dry weight and harvest index. However, there's an interaction between the concentration of Atonik and the dose of black soil on plant height and number of leaves, where the best treatments are A2T2 and A3T2.
