Abstract

This study aims to determine the link between teacher emotion regulation and maladaptive behavior of pre-school children. this research quantitative correlational. The data collection technique used questionnaire using ERQ with Reliability 0.783 and SDQ with Reliability 0.756. The subject is 200 Pre-school teachers 'Aisyiyah Sidoarjo.The sampling technique of this study used quota sampling technique. The results of this study show correlation coefficient value rxy = -0.54 with significance value 0.001. This shows that there negative link between teacher emotional regulation and maladaptive behavior in pre-school student.
