Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to be able to face increasingly fierce business competition. In these processes and efforts it is important for companies to have quality Human Resources, to produce quality and maximum performance. The type on this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The location of the research at CV. ESP Surya Jaya, Jember. The research sample was taken randomly (random sampling) with a total of 50 employees. Research data will be obtained from questionnaires distributed to the sample and then data analysis will be carried out using the SPSS. The results showed that  job involvement (X1) and organizational commitment (X2), as well as the intermediary variable job satisfaction (Z), had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y). This means that when each of the variables X and Z increases, the employee's performance (Y) will also increase.
