Development of Formative Assesment Fraction of Grade 4 Based in Independent Curriculum Based on Numeracy Literacy

This research aims develop formative assessment of grade 4 fractions in the independent curriculum based on numeracy literacy and determine the quality of the formative assessment that has been developed.The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with ADDIE steps consisting of 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation.Data analysis techniques used in the research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The trial was conducted on a small scale and large scale. The results of product validation by two validators showed an average of 91% with the category "Very valid".The final assessment of the large-scale trial showed an average of 97% with the criteria "Very valid". The development of the formative assessment of grade 4 fractions in the independent curriculum based on numeracy literacy is valid and can be used in the learning process for students and helps teachers in implementing the curriculum.
