Abstract

Keeping ornamental fish, especially guppies, is a type of ornamental fish that is much loved by some people because of its very beautiful color patterns. The purpose of this study is to design and create a water quality monitoring system in guupies using LoRa and automatic feeding according to the specified time. Generally, guppies require quality with temperatures between the range of 23-30 °C, water pH between the range of 6-8PH, and turbidity of water between the range of 0.2500NTU. The system created can monitor water quality remotely using LoRa sx1278 as long-distance communication and fish feed will be able to work automatically according to the specified time, namely morning and evening. The test results will determine if the water quality in the water turbidity is >2000 NTU then the water pump will turn on and if the water turbidity is <2000 NTU the water pump will die.
