This study aims to describe how the level of reading comprehension ability in students with learning disabilities in class III SDN Geluran 2. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the level of understanding of slow learners of reading was measured on 2 indicators, namely being able to answer questions of facts and details of reading material and being able to determine the main idea of reading. The findings obtained include slow learning students not understanding in detail due to lack of concentration and accuracy in reading the reading and questions, lack of vocabulary mastered by slow learning students, unable to think critically, delay in realizing ideas in the form of words.
