This study aims to develop a numeracy literacy module in the independent curriculum for grade VI elementary schools that is valid and practical. This development research uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The trials were conducted twice, small group trials with 5 students and a class VI teacher and large group trials with 16 students as subjects. Data collection uses expert validation sheets, teacherand student response questionnaires. The result showed that the validator’s assessment obtained very valid criteria as much as 92,3% (material experts) and 91,67% (media experts). From the results of the practicality test, the teacher's response was 100% in the very practical category, and student responses were 98% (in the small group trial) and 98.75% (in the large group trial). Based on these results the numeracy literacy module meets feasibility and practicality and can be used for learning mathematics in class VI Elementary School students.
