The purpose of this study was to find out the results of applying science learning for grade 4 students using a project based learning model with an independent curriculum. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the Project Based Learning learning model is appropriate to be applied in science subjects with the Independent Curriculum. It can be concluded that the Project Based Learning learning model can be applied to the Independent Curriculum and can increase student creativity
