The purpose of this study is to find out more about the role of sholawat hadroh al banjari as a means of da'wah communication, and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of hadroh al banjari art as a means of da'wah communication. This type of research is qualitative research using mass media theory as research material. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. Data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out in three stages, namely using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of sholawat hadroh al banjari as a means of da'wah communication is said to be very helpful in carrying out da'wah communication activities. The results of this study also show that the art of hadroh al banjari has a positive impact rather than showing negative results.
