Abstract

Aviary is an enclosure containing flora and fauna with an ecosystem similar to their natural habitat with the aim
of being a breeding medium and as a place for hobby distribution for some people. Many factors support success in
developing an aviary, one of which is the weather conditions. Global warming is happening at this time causing erratic
weather conditions, in addition to the current condition there are still many aviaries that do not have roofs so that
when it rains standing water fills the inside of the aviary which causes disruption to the existing ecosystem in the
aviary. Based on this, this research was carried out with the intention of making an automatic roof on the aviary that
could work according to the prevailing weather conditions. IoT technology is also used so that the roof can be
controlled on time wherever we are via the internet network.
