The aim of the study was to determine the interaction between the concentration and interval of giving goat urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of kailan plants. The first factor is the POC concentration which consists of 4 levels, namely 60, 90, 120, and 150 ml/L. The second factor is the administration interval which consists of 3 levels, namely 3, 5, and 7 days. The results showed that between the treatment of goat urine POC concentration and the interval treatment of POC administration, it showed a significant interaction in observing the area of kailan leaves with the best results, namely giving 120 ml/L with intervals every 5 days which produced the highest leaf area, namely 48,61 cm2. Treatment of goat urine POC concentration affected the observation of leaf number, fresh weight and dry weight. While the POC administration interval treatment only affected the plant height parameter.
