The discussion on the science of communication is very broad, including the theory of organizational communication contained in this study. Not only organizational communication theory is included in the discussion of communication science but there are still many, but this time this research only discusses organizational communication. There are many out there individual interactions that involve many parties so that this individual interaction is called an organization where an organization involves many parties but has one goal which among them is to achieve a goal to achieve success, a goal that does not only need a theory and material but also need action and a handling if there is a disturbance in this organization. One of the disturbances is a complaint from a user or customer of this organization.
