Abstract

Marketing communication strategy is an important part of marketing products, advertising, and providing information to consumers. A vaporizer/vapor/vape is an electrical device that draws power from a battery that produces a heating element, which is filled with a special liquid called e-liquid which is heated and becomes vapor. The sensation of the vapor itself is quite similar to conventional cigarettes, and is offered in a variety of flavors. Thus a marketing communication strategy is needed to increase vaporizer sales, especially at CCVAPOR stores which are then marketed on social media, especially Instagram. Referring to this problem, the formulation taken is How is the marketing communication strategy carried out by ccvapor in its marketing through Instagram social media. This type of research uses a qualitative description analysis research method by prioritizing aspects of a qualitative analysis technique approach. Data collection techniques used interview guides and non-participant field observations with informants, namely
