Communication Patterns of BUMDES Management in Disseminating Information on TPST Program to the Community

Abstract

Communication patterns of BUMDes administrators in disseminating information on the TPST program to the community towards Kalisampurno village residents, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The informants in this study were 5 of them, they were BUMDes administrators. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The informant determination technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques were carried out using 3 ways, namely by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Communication Pattern implemented by the BUMDes Management of Kalisampurno Village, Tanggulangin District uses the Bintang Communication Pattern. Where this pattern of communication from various groups can interact with each other without any restrictions, whether it is done by administrators, the village bureaucracy and residents, while the technical delivery of messages uses interpersonal communication.
