The purpose of this research is todetermine the effect of top management commitment in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management systemon company branding and employee performance moderated by employee commitment. This research is doneat company X, one of the corrugated cardboard box packaging industries in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia. sample in this study as many as 105 employees. Determination of the sample is done by using the technique purposive sampling. Meanwhile, data collection was obtained using a survey method, namely a questionnaire personally. The research method used is quantitative with inferential statistical tests and analyzed by using structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEMPLS). The research results explain that top management commitment has a significant effect on company branding, management commitment peak has a significant effect on employee performance, employee commitment has no significant effect.
