This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing more deeply the influence of leadership, job insecurity, and job stress variables on turnoven intention at CV. Fortuna Berkat Sejahtera Gempol Pasuruan. This study uses a quantitative approach method, with a questionnaire in the from of a statement as the instrumen used and then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The Population in this study were all employees of CV. Fortuna Berkat Sejahtera Gempol Pasuruan, totaling 136 people. The sampling technique used was a purposive random sampling technique with the criteria of age and years of service of the respondents, so that a sample of 108 people was obtained. The results of this study study indicate that leadearship affects and significant to turnover intention, job insecurity affects and significant to turnover intention, and so does job stress affects and significant to turnover intention.
