This study aims to analyze the effect of the project based learning model on the creative thinking skills of the fifth graders of SD Negeri Karangbong. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of Pre-Experimental. The research design used was the one group pretest – postets design. The population is 24 students. The data collection method used is an essay test using the t test. From the results of the t-test calculation, it is obtained that the t-count is sig. (2-tailed) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. it can be concluded that there is an influence on students' creative thinking ability after being given learning treatment using the Project Based Learning model.
