Social anxiety common psychological problem among adolescents, especially during seniorhighschool when academic and social pressures increase. Familyrelationships and socialmediause environmental factors that may influence adolescents mentalhealth. study aimed examine the effect of familyRelationships and the intensity of socialmedia use on social anxiety among students SMA X Candi. quantitative correlational design was used, involving 205 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the SocialAnxiety Scale for Adolescents, the InventoryofParent and PeerAttachment assess familyrelationships, scale measuring socialmediause intensity. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to analyze data. results showed that familyrelationships had significant negative effect on socialanxiety, indicating that adolescents with better family relationships tended to experience lower levels of socialanxiety. Meanwhile, intensity of social mediause did not have a significant effect. However, both variables together contributed to social anxiety, although the contribution was relatively small. These findings highlight the important role of family relationships in protecting adolescents’ mental health.
