The phenomenon of Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) has become a significant challenge for Generation Z (Gen Z) employees, particularly those working in lower-middle sectors such as couriers at J&T Buduran Branch. This condition involves confusion, career uncertainty, and emotional pressure that affect performance and well-being. One strategy to cope with QLC is self-disclosure. This study aims to analyze the role of self-disclosure using the Johari Window theory in helping Gen Z employees deal with QLC. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving five employees aged 20–27 years, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model with triangulation. The findings indicate that employees tend to share experiences with trusted colleagues (open area), conceal feelings due to fear of weakness (hidden area), gain awareness through feedback (blind area), and discover potentials through work challenges (unknown area).
