This study describes the implementation of inclusive learning strategies for early-age migrant children at the Muhammadiyah Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur Guidance Center. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving administrators, children, parents, and teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model.
The results show that inclusive strategies were implemented through differentiation of teaching methods, the use of simple media, a play-based approach, and collaboration between teachers and parents. The main challenges were limited facilities and the children's diverse backgrounds. Solutions were found through teacher creativity, material adaptation, and community support. Contextualized inclusive strategies were shown to enhance the engagement and cognitive-social development of migrant children.
