Implementasi Orange Pi Sebagai DNS Filtering Untuk Menangkal Situs Terlarang

The widespread use of the internet presents challenges in filtering negative content, particularly on RT/RW Net networks with limited security systems. This study aims to develop a DNS filtering system using an Orange Pi Zero 3 to block prohibited content such as pornography, gambling, and SARA. The research applies the Secure Policy Development Life Cycle (SPDLC), consisting of analysis, design, implementation, enforcement, and enhancement stages. The Orange Pi is configured with DietPi and Pi-hole as a DNS sinkhole to block blacklisted domains. The results show that the system successfully blocked all tested categories, including pornography, online gambling, SARA, and phishing/malware, with a 100% success rate. The system also supports automatic blocklist updates and avoids duplication with the national filtering list. Overall, this solution is lightweight, effective, and suitable for small to medium local networks to support healthy internet policies.
