The Effect of Education Quality and Brand Image on Brand Trust of Santri Guardians

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic educational institutions that produce knowledgeable and moral generations. With the number of Islamic boarding schools and Islamic-based educational institutions, the trust of parents in an institution has become a determining factor in choosing and continuing their children's education there. The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure how the quality of pesantren education and brand image can influence the brand trust of guardians of PP Darul Ulum Tlasih students. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire given to 50 respondents. The results of the study show that partially, the quality of education has a significant effect on brand trust with a significance of 0.000, as does brand image. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the quality of education and brand image have a significant effect on brand trust with a contribution of 87%.
