The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship and influence of change management, organizational citizenship behavior, and job control on mindfulness and green performance at XYZ Hospital. This study is an associative study with a quantitative approach, and to collect data, the author used the sampling technique proposed by Hair et al. The author conducted this study at XYZ Hospital in Sidoarjo to test the hypothesis. Based on the characteristics of the research sample, this study involved 127 respondents. The Structural Equation Modeling – Analysis of Moment Structures program was used to analyze and evaluate the data. The findings of mindfulness data processing at XYZ Hospital Sidoarjo are influenced by change management and organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, green performance is influenced by change management, job control, and mindfulness.
