Abstract

This study addresses declining production at PT. Surya Indo Plastic, signaling employee performance issues. The research aims to examine the effects of visionary leadership, conflict management, and career development on performance. Using a complete sampling of 100 employees, this quantitative study employed validated and reliable instruments, analyzed through regression (t-test and F-test). Results show that career development, conflict resolution, and visionary leadership significantly enhance employee performance, both individually and collectively, with a combined contribution of 58.5%. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening leadership qualities, effective conflict resolution, and structured career programs to improve output and work quality. In conclusion, organizations seeking sustainable performance improvement should prioritize visionary leadership practices, refine dispute resolution strategies, and optimize career development initiatives.
