This study aims to analyze the management of Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) learning at SD Al Falah Darussalam Tropodo based on the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, as well as to examine the opportunities and challenges in maintaining sustainable learning quality. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving the principal, Qur’an manager, Qur’an coordinator, tahfidz teachers, and parents. The findings indicate that tahfidz learning management has been implemented in a structured manner with differentiation between regular classes and takhassus classes. A tiered evaluation system contributes to students’ memorization achievement, with takhassus classes showing more consistent completion levels. Institutional commitment and parental support serve as major opportunities, while challenges include students’ heterogeneous abilities and limited learning time.
