Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, human relations, and self-efficacy on employee performance. This research employs a quantitative research method. The research method uses a survey approach by taking samples from the population using questionnaires to collect data. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling of 190 employees. The data obtained consists of primary and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaire distribution. This research uses SPSS-26 software including classical assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results show that knowledge sharing, human relations, and self-efficacy have an influence on employee performance.
