This qualitative research, using a single-case study at MAN 1 Pasuruan, examines how the management of the School-aged Youth Guidance Program (BRUS) is implemented to address the persistent issue of low effectiveness in early marriage prevention in Indonesia. Through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study reveals that the success of BRUS is strongly influenced by well-structured management. The planning process is carried out participatively based on the actual needs of students, the organizational structure is developed using a matrix model involving multiple stakeholders, and program implementation integrates educational approaches with the inculcation of Islamic values. Furthermore, monitoring and evaluation are conducted using data-driven methods, while leadership commitment and the synergy between the madrasah and the KUA serve as key factors that ensure the program runs effectively.
