Abstract

The development of digital technology requires teachers to possess adequate digital skills to create interactive, creative, and joyful learning. However, the phenomenon at SDN Kenongo 1 still shows some shortcomings. These include limited facilities and infrastructure and a gap in teacher skills in the field of digital technology. This research is crucial so that teachers at SDN Kenongo 1 can understand how to become professional teachers, especially in the digital field, so they can implement comfortable and enjoyable classroom learning.

One of the objectives of this study was to analyze teachers' professional competencies, particularly in the area of ​​digital skills, in implementing joyful learning and to identify global barriers and challenges related to their application in the classroom. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological analysis. Data were collected through observations of educational activities, semi-structured interactions with teachers and school administrators, documentation of educational activities, and digital media.
