The Performance Reporting System is a web-based application designed to realize accountability and transparency in government administration, as well as ensuring that every use of public resources can be accounted for effectively and efficiently and integrating planning, budgeting and realization data. This Performance Reporting System uses the waterfall method. With time efficiency, data accuracy and data security, the system becomes an effective and efficient digital solution in supporting the creation of annual performance reports in the Sidoarjo Regency Government area. The evaluation of this system uses the Blackbox Testing method, which shows that all features in the system are running well. This Performance Reporting System is able to be an effective and efficient digital solution in supporting the creation of reports quickly and accurately in supporting the monitoring and evaluation of the performance of Regional Apparatus in the Sidoarjo Regency Government
