Digital Literacy Movement Enhances Personal Skills And Learning Habits In Elementary School Students

Abstract

The literacy movement is a government program to improve literacy culture in the educational environment, especially primary schools. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy on students' personal skills and learning habits. The method used was an exploratory sequential mixed method, starting with a qualitative study through interviews, observations and documentation involving students, teachers and parents, followed by a quantitative survey of 100 students. Quantitative data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and linear regression. The results showed that students with high levels of digital literacy have better time management skills, learning strategies, independence and self-reflection. Quantitative findings showed a significant effect of digital literacy on personal skills with a correlation value of r = 0.258 and on study habits with a correlation value of r = 0.525. This finding confirms the important role of digital literacy in building positive and sustainable study habits.
