The Qur'an is a revelation revealed by Allah SWT to Rasulullah MuhammadSAW through the intermediary of Jibril as. To be carried out and conveyed to mankind, those who read it arealso worth worship. Memorize it in good quality. Practice and preach it. This research is a qualitative research,which is seen from its type using field research (Fieldresearch). The approach in this research is an interactiveapproach where this research is carried out by interacting directly with the research subjects. Data collectiontechniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. With the implementation of the SantriAl-Qur'an memorization program at the Tahfidz Arrasyid Islamic Boarding School, it was found that therewere many qualities of students' memorization that were below standard. It turns out that the causative factor is that Asatidz has not paid more attention to the tahsin program as a form of improving the quality of readingand memorization of students.
