The Socio-Scientific Issue (SSI)-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) e-book is a digital teaching material that combines scientific concepts and real-world issues in the environment. The purpose of this product is to address the issue of batik waste in Jetis, Sidoarjo, and to provide contextual education on the interaction between living things and the environment. The development of the LKPD e-book required needs analysis, content and layout design, the preparation of project-based and investigative learning activities, and validation by subject matter experts and media experts. On the other hand, LKPD instrument testing was conducted to enhance the credibility of the product. The content of the LKPD e-book includes several activities, such as observation, discussion, and projects to purify batik wastewater to help students understand the relationship between scientific concepts and environmental issues. The product can be accessed as a digital book via a link or a FlipHTML5-based application that supports learning.
