Abstract

This study aims to formulate a marketing management development strategy based on The Delta Model at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo, considering the challenges in acquiring new students and intense competition in the surrounding environment. Using an exploratory descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results of the study indicate that the marketing development strategy at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo can be implemented through the three pillars of The Delta Model: Best Product, Total Customer Solution, and System Lock-In. Challenges include student diversity and public perception of Muhammadiyah, while opportunities arise from the publication of outstanding activities and optimal services. The application of The Delta Model has proven to help schools formulate product- and customer-relationship-oriented marketing strategies, creating a sustainable educational ecosystem.
