Burnout is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that is susceptible to the Sandwich Generation due to the demands of multigenerational roles. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Resilience on Burnout among the Sandwich Generation in Sidoarjo. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 105 respondents determined using a nonprobability sampling technique with a quota sampling method. Data were collected using the Burnout, Work-Life Balance, and Resilience scales, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Work-Life Balance had a significant effect on Burnout, while Resilience had no significant effect. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and Resilience influenced Burnout with a contribution of 11.5%. This finding indicates that Work-Life Balance is a more dominant predictor than Resilience, thus emphasizing the importance of structural factors and role balance in understanding Burnout among the Sandwich Generation.
