Design and Build a Plastic Seal Press Machine Using Voice Commands Based on an Arduino Microcontroller

Rapid technological developments have driven the need for efficient and easy-to-operate automation systems, especially in the packaging industry. The use of plastic sealing press machines plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, extending shelf life, and increasing sales value. However, most press machines in circulation still use manual systems that require operator skills and potentially produce non-uniformsealing results. This study aims to design and build a plastic sealing press machine with voice commands based on an Arduino microcontroller. The developed system uses a voice recognition module as an interactive interface between the user and the machine, enabling operation without direct physical contact. The results of the study indicate that the voice command-based control system can improve efficiency, comfort, and hygiene levels in the plastic sealing process
