The objectives of this study include describing the concept of integrating Islamic Religious Education (IRE) into Natural Sciences (NS) learning and explaining the implementation of IRE integration in NS learning. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, document studies, and observations, and data analysis techniques using reduction and triangulation techniques. Data reduction aims to sort between relevant and irrelevant data, while triangulation is used to obtain conclusions from three different sources in the data collection method. The results of this study describe that at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu, the integration of PAI into science learning is carried out through two models, strengthening character education in line with the Pancasila Student Profile and developing learning materials by linking scientific concepts with Islamic values.
