This study analyzes the role of Posyandu cadres in handling stunting cases in Kepuh Kemiri Village using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of the village head, local midwife, head of Posyandu cadres, and parents of stunted toddlers. The results show that cadres have adequate knowledge and positive attitudes toward stunting prevention but still require continuous training to strengthen their capacity. The number of cadres is sufficient yet unevenly distributed, with limited infrastructure and suboptimal service access, indicating the need for regeneration and improved facilities. Support from the village government, health workers, and families strengthens cadre motivation but requires better coordination and educational efforts. Overall, Posyandu cadres have performed well in stunting prevention, although greater synergy, capacity building, and facility improvement are essential to achieve more effective and sustainable outcomes.
