Abstract

This study aims to develop an application that can monitor the housing area in real-time to enhance security in D'Gardenia City Housing. The application verifies guest data wishing to enter the housing area to ensure their access is legitimate. Residents can report suspicious or potentially dangerous incidents through the app, while security officers can promptly respond to these reports. The method used is Waterfall, which includes requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. Interviews were conducted to understand user needs. The app is built using the Dart programming language with Visual Studio Code and Android Studio as development and testing tools. Data is stored in Firebase. Testing was carried out using the black box method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with user satisfaction results of 88.89%. This application has proven effective in improving the security and comfort of the housing area.
